One the edge of the border, where the land has neither defference nor difference, sit the vast expanse of the Médanos de Samalayuca - the Dunes of Samalayuca.
Just south of the major boarder crossing point between Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua and El Paso, Texas, this landscape has no interest in defining itself. Constantly flowing in change, the sand gives and takes without prejudice.
Generations of travelers have crossed through the water-strained land, with mixed fortunes.
